I sojourned to Olympia in 1988 from Palm Springs, California, with my girlfriend Jill Hamilton (who later became my wife). Our dream and vision was to find a community to raise children, own some real estate, and settle into a way of life that wasn’t as fast-paced as SoCal.

In 1991, I received my real estate license here in Washington and began to help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Thirty memorable years later, I have built a client referral base that includes some of the best people I could have ever imagined meeting. Olympia turned out to be the ideal community for raising a family and getting involved in the greater community. My wife and I raised three amazing children, who are now nearly full grown themselves. Time to kick back and watch them thrive! Those of you who raised your kids already know what I’m talking about. Those of you still deep in the formative years of parenting?
