When you’ve made the decision to sell your home, is the ideal time to connect with your chosen experienced agent.
An experienced agent can begin to assess any work necessary, market trends, staging and pricing.
Market

You’ve made the necessary repairs, your home is staged, your pricing established, you’re now ready for market.
Your experienced agent will now take over with their proven selling system.
Pending / Escrow

You’ve selected your best offer and the viewing traffic now stops.
.You’re now moving into a pending status with your first hurdle being your buyer’s home inspection.
After successful negotiations concerning any necessary repairs, your buyer’s lender is processing their loan to be ready to fund by your agreed upon closing date..
Pro tip

Occupancy needs to be well thought out when going to market. If occupancy is spelled out clearly (in writing) when negotiating your offer, it will relieve a lot of stress for all parties at closing.
